Oral and written communications is a particular strength. This is based on seeking clarity to cut through the complexity. On making everything as simple as possible.  On trumping theories with practicalities.

Co-founded and led the strategic output for successful integrated creative agency for 8 years, partnering with C-Suite clients of major domestic, overseas and international brands.
Co-founder and Director of Blott, a successful bricks and clicks retail business with 6 stores currently and 10 more in the pipeline.
As Managing Director of McCann Erickson London advertising agency delivered against all P&L targets during my tenure, driving top line revenue growth helping them become the UK’s second largest agency.
Commercial Director for a major multi-use football stadium and leisure site development in Oxford.
Gained a distinction for my post-graduate degree at Oxford University.

Nick was educated at University of Kent and St John's College, Oxford where he took an M.Phil in English .
Yellowhammer, BMP, CDP, Bates is where Nick cut his teeth in advertising. Before co-founding My Agency, he was Managing Director of McCann-Erickson London, an agency that grew to become the second largest agency in the UK during his five year tenure. 
He has worked on domestic, pan-European and global campaigns across a wide number of sectors including FMCG, automotive, retail and alcoholic beverages. Nick has extensive tech experience. He headed up the McCann Worldgroup team on Microsoft across 29 EMEA markets.
Nick was also Commercial Director for Oxford United Football Club involved in helping the Club move to a new purpose built stadium and leisure site complex. And helped co-found Blott a successful stationery retailer.
